“Early To bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”~ Benjamin Franklin

The ideal Definition of BE AN EARLY RISER is who wakes up with energetic, empower, enthusiastic, enliven and enlighten.

There are numerous benefits to waking up early.

Study has found that:

  •  Getting up early will make it easier for you to achieve your goals.
  • You’ll make more money when you wake up earlier.
  •  99% of the executive in the world wake up before 6 am. And 50% of self-made Millionaire wake up at least 3 hours before the workday began.

Here are five habits worth developing to be an early riser.

01.Evening Routine

While many people pay attention to a morning routine, the truly successful people know that the secret to having a perfect morning routine is your evening routine.

Tips for the evening routine

  1. Eat like a king/queen in the morning, like prince/princess in the afternoon and like a monk in the evening!
  2. Don’t sleep with the same cloth you wearing to all day, have a pair of sleeping cloth because the body has memories and cloth have energy.
  3. Don’t use any screen time at least 1 hr before sleep.
  4. Sleep by 10 pm at least.
  5. Sleep in a dark cave light.
  6. Set the intention of how you want to wake up Example 10 minute meditation, 45-minute gym class, prayer time etc.
  7. Set the Alarm and put on the Otherside of the room.
  8. Make a to-do list or mindset for the next day.

Recommendation:

My number one recommendation is to wake up earlier is wake up 10-15 minute earlier than usual wake up time. The best way to wake up early is by waking up gradually. If you wake up at 8 am, don’t wake up at 7 am wake up at 7.45 am. Then continue gradually 2-3 days. Please don’t go too hard on yourself like I wake up at 4 am, or I wake up at midday. That’s a bad idea you know how much is shocking for your body. Tried at simple as much don’t try to do a massive jump.

02.Affirmation

How nice would it be wake up in the morning feeling refreshed- mind, body, soul? You need that! You deserve that rest. Use these positive bedtime affirmations to guide you into a peaceful state of mind so your body can get the rest it deserves.

Your nighttime affirmation would be like this –

  1. I release the heaviness of today and the weight on my shoulder.
  2. I forgive the people, the situation, and I forgive myself. I trust life, and I’m safe.
  3. I’ll wake up feeling energised and focus.
  4. I’ll wake up, and feeling excites to go to work.
  5. I’ll wake up and work on this project with focus.

With each new positive thought, you make space for what you do want. Every time you repeat one of this positive bedtime affirmations, you make peace your priority. And you make peaceful sleep more of a reality.

Remainder:

The night before you need to write something into your do list that’s exciting like do yoga routinely, meditation or something you like to read., work project you got file up remember the exciting thing and that will motivate you, that you get energy. Your reminder had to be done the night before. When you do the remainder before you already wake up with that energy, you are not letting yourself prepare and decided you want to have energy; you wake up and know what you need to do to start your day.

Why it’s essential to have a to-do list?

Because you are planning your mind, you planting seed when you are sleeping your seed is growing, when you wake up you ready with the energy and focus.

As suggested by productivity specialist David Allen, our minds are for thinking, not remembering.

Once you’ve evaluated your day and captured everything in your mind in writing, it’s time to plan the next day. Not only is it convenient to plan at night, but it is also logical. Once you wake up, you won’t have to spend valuable brainpower and morning minutes.

1)listing down things you need to do,2)deciding which ones to do, and 3) committing to do them in a particular order.

You’ll get to wake up and hit the ground running.

Lead up time:

Do not sleep with pain; just let go of it by writing down a piece of paper. Journal down three things you grateful for and three things to let go.

tips for good sleep:

  1. make sure you switch off your devices
  2. No distraction of sound
  3. make sure you sleep dark room
  4. make sure you drink enough water

Know your why:

Know your right amount of sleep and know your why?

The best way to know how much sleep you need is to follow your sleep circle sleep without the alarm and see what time you wake up without an alarm. Some people need 8 to 9 hours of sleep, and Some need 6 to 7 hours of sleep. Every person has a different sleeping circle. It would help if you found your sleep Routine.

Why you do you want to wake up earlier?

When you have a strong reason to wake up, such as for your kids, project, or it’s for your study. Whatever success means to you, you’ll feel motivated to wake up early.

Bottom line

Just as morning habits help us start the day off on the right foot, evening habits help us end the day on a high note.

As I mentioned before, the 12 activities I shared here are just that -activities. Adopting any of them just once or twice will get you results, no doubt.

So the Five key tips evening routine, Affirmation, remainder, Lead uptime, and know your why that’s spell EARLY. In the end, I want to say you don’t have to try all of them if you try only one thing, and continuous for 22 days you’ll see the result of habit changing.
