Yes You got it right you are your habits, and so am I. Building a good habit, it is essential to living a life you want. What you feel, have or lack right now is a result of your habits, you have built it weeks, months and years ago. Works with everything the relationship you have with yourself, with other or the weight you keep to the way you feel about your experience on this planet.

For that, I made you a list of three simple habits you can build today that will increase your happiness slowly over an extended period.

Happiness habit#1: Create a daily checklist

The primary benefits of checking daily checklist, you already have organized a list of foundational item you know for what I need to do today, that calmness you get when everything goes according to the plan you want more of that. so I am going to talking to about Four-step process how to utilize a daily checklist to maximize your life

  • Choose your Platform to document your daily checklist personally I use a hand witting in a paper and printout for the whole week that’s I use as a platform to document my daily list. Still, you can use a chalkboard, whiteboard, spreadsheet whatever you comfortable with identifying and use the Platform would be the first step to creating a daily checklist.
  • Identify your day-to-day tasks: That you were doing every single day such as you do cleaning every day you can put your regular job ten minutes cleaning every day this way you could save time energy for big cleaning day.
  • Review the checklist on a daily bases: You want to stay disciplined and follow down the item and check every day.

Proper planning makes you calmer, organize, and confident.

In the book”The checking Manifesto: How to Get Things Right, Atul Gawande shows what the simple idea of the checklist reveals about the complexity of our lives and how we can deal with it.

Happiness habit#2: Connect With Someone Everyday

A 75 years old Harvard study found that the one secret for living a fulfilling life- good relationships (love and care) keep us happier and healthier. Not how many followers you have, not the amount in your 401 k.Having someone helps your body relax, helps your brain stay healthier for longer. It reduces emotional and physical pain. Find the time to call each day will improve relationships with your friends and family. According to a study by the University of North Carolina, gratitude and shared emotion strengthen the relationship with others.

”People who spent more time laughing with their partner felt that they were more similar to their partner,” says Sara Algoe.

Happiness habit#3: Exercise or walk

Your third habits for happiness is exercise. Exercise significantly impact how we feel when you do daily practice, your brain hormones release and help you to boost your satisfaction.Some tremendous daily exercise for mobility includes lunges, pushups and squats.Walking is incredibly powerful also. Research has shown that walking can lead to a decrease in chronic illness diabetes, metabolic syndrome and heart disease.
