Hello everyone, I am feeling appreciated and connected with all of you. Sharing my own practical experiences that help you through your “life journey” in every aspect of life was the primary intention of my blog journey.

Today I want to share with you how I heal my inner child wounds.

I spent ten years healing my inner wound. The only takeaway is that it didn’t have to take that long. Here is the hack…

Number 1: Remember that you were a blank slate when you were born.

Number 2: Then you are programmed by imperfect parents/society/world.

Number 3: The most important one is any area of your life where you feel lack- negative, small, hold back and restricted and can be yourself that is where your programming has the most unhealthy programming impact, and that’s where you need to heal.

Number 4: This is how you heal;

tell yourself; I am going to reprogram myself, I am going to work on myself, I am going to parenting myself, I am going to create my boundaries and rules. It can be as micro as why I feel like I can’t speak up in this meeting, what I am afraid of because I being told to being shut up, your past play a role in that.

Lastly, remember you can not heal in the same environment that makes you sick, breathe in, breathe out, let go, move on.
