If you want to better connect with other human beings and your loved ones, it’s vital to understand their love language. The 5 Love languages by Gary Chapman explain your primary love languages what they mean. How can you use this? I am listing them below and small definitions…

1.Word of Affirmation:

Involves a genuine expression and recognition of someone’s qualities, abilities, and values. We do this through encouragement, appreciation, empathy, and active listening.

2.Physical Touch

Involves regular physical touch, including Hug, embraces, and other physical languages, including body language and facial expression that made a priority.

3.Receiving gifts:

This love language involves gestures as well as physical gifts. When giving a gift or gesture, be thoughtful and express gratitude when receiving a gift. Avoid forgetting a special occasion.

4.Quality Time:

This can be expressed through active listening, eye contact, and our energy. Quality time includes creating special moments together that are meaningful. Avoids making the requests of higher priority.

5.Acts of Service:

Actions speak louder than words for people with “Acts of Service” as their primary love language. Act of service can involve helping someone out around the home.

Lastly, I want to say after learning and practically practicing those “Love Language” with my friends, family, neighbours, all those relationships dramatically change. I feel more satisfied and fulfilled interacting with other people.
