27 Life Lessons for whole happy living

“Living a life you love” is the most important thing for any human being. For the last few years, I have been practising intentional living and including all those lessons in my everyday lifestyle, making an enormous change in my mindset and physical well-being. I am very grateful that I can share with all of you…

1. Exercise for 30mn every day.

2. Drink eight glasses of water every day.

3. Maintain a 6-8 hours sleep schedule every day.

4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less manufactured food.

5. Live with 3 E’s Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.

6. Remove 3 C’s from your life comparing, complaining and criticising. 

7. Make time for prayer and reflection.

8. Read or listen to something that inspires you every day.

9. Sit in silence for at least 10mn every day.

10. Turn off your all devices 1 hr before going to bed.

11. Call or connect with someone every day.

12.Strong, meaningful relationships with friends and family.

13. Thankful for three things you have every day.

14. React less, observe more.

15. Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

16. Limit sugary drinks and caffeine.

17. However good or bad the situation is, it will change.

18. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

19. Envy is a waste of time. Get inspire and work on your goal.

20. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.

21. Make peace with your past; it won’t spoil your present.

22. Every day give something to others; it could be a smile or a compliment.

23. Meditate on your mistake and leant from it.

24. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.

25. Take a 30mn walk every day- and while you walk, smile.

26. Eat rainbow vegetables every day for nutrition.

27. Practice intentional living in every aspect of your life.

When we change the way, we look at the things we look at change. It’s all about starting with our mindset.
