The Last One years have been a real eye-opener for me. I started my year only one habit, which led me to change my lifestyle and mindset towards life. When we talk about habit, it means the behaviour of a person and their lifestyle. It shows how a person likes to spend their time. If you want to have changed your life, you have to track your time how you want to spend your time. Do you want to spend your time to scroll to Facebook, Instagram news feed or you want to spend your time to learn something new skill on online courses or something educational, Yes the choice is yours. Last year I Chose to invest my time to learn a new every day, and it has completely changed my life. If you are interest whats, 10 habits I develop over the year and how they improve my lifestyle keep reading…

Habit 1:Drink water first thing in the morning

Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live in ~ Jim Rohn

Drinking a glass of water as soon as I wake up I find that this has made a big difference to energy levels in the morning. When we’re sleeping not taking any water and when we wake up we can be mildly dehydrated and when we dehydrated causes symptoms like thirst, fatigue, headache and dry mouth.

I drink a glass of warm water right after brushing my teeth, sometimes I put lemon other days just room temperature, but it’s up to your personal preference. Drinks a glass of water in the morning is the great things for your energy level.

Habit 2:Mediate/Prayer everyday

Meditation and prayer are important, but how we treat others after we pray is more important~ Vishal Badole

When it comes with Meditation, I was one of the people who feel daunting but after practising and making a habit, I can see the big change in my mental clarity and feel calm. As a mother of two young child its not possible to stay calm but the year of practice brings me this point.

According to the researcher, Meditation can help reduce anxiety, Improved your immune function, reduce pain lot they can do. If you are a beginner for meditation I have two tips for you firstly feel very open about it, when I start meditated for first 10 sessions I was feeling not connecting I don’t know what I am doing but after keep trying I feel connecting and see the benefit, give time. The second one is to try guided meditation and it will keep staying on your track there have lots of good apps like Calm, headspace which will cost you money.

Habit 3:Move your body everyday

Well we all know exercise helps us live longer, give us more energy. It will boost our will power, and It will release dopamine, the inspirational hormone, so we feel stronger and relaxed. So Last year I make a habit of doing—exercise every day. No, I didn’t go to the gym every day, but I wake up early in the morning wearing my walking shoes and walk for an hour to my next-door park or other days I take early morning gym class.

Habit 4: Go for a brisk work outdoor

Exercising is so powerful for the mind. It makes you feel good, have a better attitude, and it makes You healthy, so why once a day if possible we can do it morning and afternoon brisk work in the outdoor.

Habit 5:Eat something green everyday

Even I eat balance meal but still sometime I find hard to eat green everyday. But when Last year I start something green I see A biggest change in my skin.

Eating green everyday give you clean skin.

The best way to start green in your diet is celery juice, cucumber crunchy salad, zucchini spaghetti, broccoli and onion fry all yummy recipes you can find in Youtube.

Habit 6: Read/lisent/Learn something everyday

I love to read and learn something new every day because I enjoy doing it, but there are other benefits of doing it, especially when it comes to brain health. By developing this habit, I see the biggest change in mind feels sharper. Because as we age there is a natural decline in our memories, but mental stimulation can slow down that decline. For everyday learning, I read books/online blogs for 10 minutes, listen to the podcast (Limitless mother), play brain game (Elevate, peak, Idioms), ted talk, listen to Audiobook, watch the documentary.

Habit 7: Spend quality time/Hug someone you love

When I am talking about spending time I mean quality time because everything becomes so digital or air-based that we don’t need to be physically present. But last year I make a time zone when we put down all our device and play together as a family or do some giggling game with my kids.

Habit 8: Meal prep and plan ahead

Habit 9: Make sleep a top priority

Habit 10: Turn of phone an hour before bed
