Excellent relationship and wellbeing allows us to lives in a positive and meaningful way and copes with life’s changes and challenges. This is why we must look after the relationship with ourselves and others so we can keep on top of things during stressful times. 

A real relationship is when you understand and respect their values and genuinely want to support someone’s highest growth.

Make time for Relationships.

Remember you need to feed your relationships, and you do this by making time for them.

Schedule date with partner or spouse

You always don’t need to have fancy candle night dinner or going out. It could be a simple movie night after children are going to bed.

Schedule regular activities with children

We often said we love our kids, but in our busy schedule, we often miss sit down and play with our kids as I believe it’s essential to put aside a little time every day to do something with your kids that you both enjoying from a very young age so you can build a healthy relationship.

Make time to see friends

Connect with family and friends and do things together that you all enjoy that will keep social life fulfil.

Ask for help when I need it

Ask for help and accept it when it is offered. If you’re experiencing stress or worry, it can help to talk to someone about it whether that be a friend, family member, your doctor or a counsellor.

Share fears, hope or secret with a trusted person

Due to fear of rejection, we usually don’t share concerns, hope or secret with others. But it very essential to share your fear with someone who just listens with empathy and show you they are there for you.

Spend some quality time for yourself

 Away from the usual demands, even if it’s just 15 minutes a day. Go for a walk, having a bath, reading a book or meditating… You’ll wonder why you weren’t doing it before
